“APPROPRIEATE INTERPERSONAL CULTURE” FOR THE OFFICERS & STAFF OF DEPARTMENT OF LOGICSTIC – THE POLICE MINISTRY

October 15, 2011, the Police Logistics Department has coordinated with CSDN on holding the “Appropriate Interpersonal Culture” for the officers and staff there. In recent years, the Leaders of Logistics Department has always been dedicated in building the culture standard of the department and improving the image of the Police Officers as well. Therefore, the Department has focused strongly on advanced training to enhance the role of Officer in the service of the people.

The program has offered all the attendants the opportunity to re-judge each-self  as well as practice effective skills in communication and behavior in order to dedicate the best service quality to the people. The expert of CSDN has also integrated some extra-activities during the course to help the attendants find out their weakness, learn from the others’ mistakes and thereby improve what has not been done well.

After the program, the Department of Logistics aims to build a Manual of Behavior and Communication Culture for all agencies to create a consistent, uniform in the style and image of the Police Officers.
