Every day we easily find the ads of a lot of courses on mass media such as the Business Strategic Planning, Marketing Strategic Planning, Human Resources Strategic Planning, Capital Resources Investment Planning. However, there are very few or almost no courses such as Life Planning, Personal Future Planning.
This gives us a present statement that there are not many people think seriously about planning their future life. It’s ridiculous when we can spend a few sessions or days to discuss to build for the work but not very much time discussing with others about the making plans for their own life. May we think planning for future is not something that we should share with someone else?
We may always answer very clearly about our jobs but when it comes to questions such as: How have you planned your life like? What is route?…Very few people can answer clearly, or twist it. Indeed, this is an alarming situation. How about yourself? What do you think about this?
We can continue to live like “dirt clouds drifted away” or orient our life toward a set destination. This depends on your own. If you want to use your life in a right way then you should ask yourselves such questions: How would my life be in the next 5, 10 years? How would I be? What should I prepare to achieve my goals in 2015? What are trends of the world in next 10 years?
If we don’t have those questions in our mind right now then surely in the next 5-10 years we will be not so much different from what we are now. Obviously, a seller can not achieve high sales if he doesn’t picture the image of himself receiving the prize “best seller”, or an athletic will be unlikely to win the first place if he doesn’t keep that image in his mind now. They all must start from the desired image, which is the vision of a good image in the future.
Therefore, planning for the future is an extremely important for each individual. It’s like a compass to help us head in the right direction. In this way, we can avoid consumption of resources into unnecessary things and as the result, create more value on every job we’re doing.
